I wrote a review in December, I'm even more disapointed. To keep it short our storage got flooded it was a problem with the gutter that they new about but didn't fix and told us they are'nt going to do anything about it. are balcony is too dangeous to use because it's rotted out and the contractors they hired to do the job dissapeared after only doing a few. I'm sure it's because Whitnall Pointe is cheap and they don't want to pay. Everthing in this apartment is cheap. The office staff, Sarah and Henna should take some classes, get educated so they can do their jobs and provide good customer service instead of blaming everything on new managment and changes. That is not an adequate excuss, businesses go through changes and continue to serve the customer. Anyhow I just want nice people who are thinking of renting to turn their car around and run because you can find much better for the price you pay here, it's ridiculous. Needless to say my boyfriend and I are looking for a better place for the price.

Our storage area also flooded, and instead of somehow notifying the tenants(maybe post a note on the front door!)...they cut the locks on the storage units that were affected, fixed the leak, and left our valuables unlocked. All of our camping gear was taken and they did not even care.
