(user photo) Obvious standing water in our basement. This had been sitting here for weeks

(user photo) The window the water had obviously poured into. The staffing people claimed this was done just over the summer. I'm not stupid.

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The management staff does nothing to fix your problems. If you want to save yourself a year of hassles, find somewhere else to live....don't make the same mistake I did!
