When I moved in, it was wintertime so everyone was tucked away inside. When the weather got nicer, it got louder, dirtier, poop was EVERYWHERE on the grass - you could hardly walk in the common areas - they were like poop-land mines. The apartment was dingy and everything was old - appliances, carpet, flooring etc. - the neighbors screamed at each other many nights - all through the night. (Especially nice on a weeknight when I had to be to work the next day). Walls were paper thin - we could hear our neighbor's telephone conversations word for word... THE worst part - the door was off its hinges for several months - I called for a remedy and no action was taken. In the cold winter, an open door is about the worst for the apartment and for all of us paying the heating bills in the building. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this place. ESPECIALLY since they just upped the rent!! Look at the apartments next door instead - for not much more money, at least you'd get a private entrance and laundry.
