(user photo) The window the water had obviously poured into. The staffing people claimed this was done just over the summer. I'm not stupid.

I LOVE MY NEW APARTMENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO TAKE A LOOK! IN MY FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PLUMBING, AND THEY HAD MAINTENANCE OUT ON A SUNDAY (AND A HOLIDAY WEEKEND) IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES. EVERYONE IS VERY NICE, AND IT'S A PLEASURE TO COME HOME AT NIGHT. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
