(user photo) The window the water had obviously poured into. The staffing people claimed this was done just over the summer. I'm not stupid.

I can say that I never had any major problems with my apartment or the management. I had 2 instances of something needing repair, and it was resolved within 24 hours each time. I would recommend this place to anyone, but they do seem to be a little pricey for the size, at least on the 1 bedroom
