A little Pricey

We have a 2 bdrm apartment and although it is larger than any other apartment we have looked at and heat/water is included, it still doesn't seem to be worth how much we are paying. It's always cold because since the heat is included, it's monitored closely. Also, the structure of the buildings don't seem to be in good shape any more. There are cracks all over and there are a lot of little things that should be fixed. However, every time something goes wrong and needs to be fixed, it's fixed within the next day or two. And although it's freezing here, they have given us a space heater to compensate for it. The landlords are very nice and helpful and there is always parking for us at our lot. This is my third apartment and seems to be a little too pricey for what we are getting. I'd rather save the $300 for something that's 200 square feet smaller, although it's nice to have room, it's just wasted space. I'd recommend this if you have the extra money to spare, which some people do. The pool and tennis courts make it feel ritzy....

They no longer have a tennis court. It was taken down in April 2007. It is now a paking lot.
