I have lived in Whitnall Pointe since last July. It has not been perfect, but it has been pretty good. It took a while to get our storage space, which was only halfway their fault. Other tenants took our storage space before we could move into it and rather than cutting off the lock, they sent letters out to every tenant to tell them to remove their stuff or their lock would be cut(whichever tenant actually took that storage space). We ended up getting it about 3 months after we moved in, and it is far away from our apartment. That is really the only major complaint I had with them

Overall we don't pay much, and our heat is included. This winter, it was warm enough that I didn't have too much trouble. I would have liked it a bit warmer, but it was definitely comfortable enough. Their snow removal in my parking lot has been really good. Every day that it snowed, the snow was removed later that day, or before I left the next morning. And with how much snow there was this year, that's saying something.

Whenever we need something repaired, there's someone there very quickly, oftentimes the same day. I always get pretty quick responses to any of my questions, and they call me to notify me when there's going to be anything affecting my apartment (water or electricity being worked on).

I have some loud neighbors, but that is definitely not their fault. All in all, I do recommend this place to anyone who likes a little more comfort and is willing to pay a tad bit more for it.
