I am a former resident of Whitnall Pointe. We are currently searching for our third residence and upon reading all of the reviews I had to put my two cents in. My husband I moved into Whitnall Pointe as newlyweds in December of 2006 and stayed there until July 2008. We had a problem with our dishwasher, Steve the maintenance guy came to take a look at immediately and replaced it in a matter of a few days. Our toilet seat accidentally broke and maintenance came right away and replaced it. The staff was amazing, I can never complain about them. The walls were a little thin and you could hear neighbors. Hallways were vacuumed every week. My car got stuck in the snow and I got so much from the Staff in trying to get my car out. I would move back but I want to try something different but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I'm reading all these horrible reviews about management and honestly if you want to live somewhere stress free this is the place.
p.s. our rent got raised from 640 to i wanna say like 670 after our 12 month lease was over. still wasn't too bad cause our bedroom and living room were huge and there was plenty of closet space!
