I recently moved into Whitnall Pointe and I'm surprised with the negative feedback.

I chose the property because of the location and the spacious apartments. When I 1st toured the apartments the Leasing Consultant asked me many questions as to what I wanted in my apartment. I couldn't figure out why. Little did I know that they had so many floor plans to choose from. It was great. It was like custon designing my home. So many styles to choose from but I found exactly what I wanted. Other places I visited basically only had 1 style. Once I visited Whitnall I didn't have to tour tons of other properties because of the variety they offered. The office staff was so helpful

I love the privacy the property has. Being next to Whitnall Park is great since I like to hike and into nature. I work out daily and use the fitness equipment every morning. It beats joing a gym. I saved myself a month membership.

So far the Maintenance has been very responsive. My neighbors have been very friendly and they seem to watch out for one another.

I chose to take an underground parking space with my apartment. I relocated from a warm climate. I hate the snow and wanted the convenience of no window scraping.

I love Whitnall. The location, size of apartments and the staff.
