Nice place for the money.

I just moved out of this place for a little cottage in the country with a yard for my dog. Overall, my experience here was fine. Most of my gripes involved my neighbors (tap dancing cement shoes, eternal arguers, and cranky) but the complex has nothing to do with that. I moved here because they allowed large dogs and of all the places I looked at (which was alot) this was the cheapest with out being a slum. While I lived here my bathroom ceiling broke twice in the middle of the night. The first time they just patched the hole with plaster not fixing the leak. The second time they fixed the leak with in a week but never came back to fix the hole it left until I called and complained. Eventually it got all fixed.
The snow removal here was better then the 2 previous complexes I ve lived at so no complaints with that. If you live on a first floor apt invest in slippers if there is basement parking underneath. I found even though my floor was carpeted it was still always cold.
Also a mat in the hall is a good idea so you don t track salt/sand into your apt. in the winter.
Overall I would have stayed here another year even with the rent increase if I hadn t stumbled across this other place.
