Whitnall Point is a good bargin for the money and the folks are courteous and nice. If you are not a dog lover than don't stay in a dog building... the puppies are at times loud but all are pretty friendly. I personally have two dogs and love access to Whitnall Park and the property provided cleanup supplies. All repairs have been promptly resolved even the 2 am heater replacement on a Sunday. The guy came all the way from Racine. So no complaints here... the pools are about to open, the fitness center is cool, most folks greet each other so for me it is good. PS If you pay your rent on time then you are in like flynn... for those who choose to pay late well it is to e expected to have a rough time. One hand washes the other.

How true! great for the money and my experiences with management have been fair and courteous. And yes, if you are not a pet person a pet building is probably not a wise choice.

I have looked at these apartments twice, but the bad reviews pertaining to thin walls turned me away. I really would not like someone able to hear my conversation through the bad foundation. But I have not completely cancelled them off the list.
