I will comment on the surrounding area, I have never lived in these apartments. These apartments are located within a 5 min drive to almost any shopping you'd want to do in Grafton, Cedarburg, Port Washington. Ideal location, close to freeway, but not so close that it is annoying. It appears to be clean and well kept from the outside as I have driven through the apartment complex on several occasions in all seasons. Dumpsters are a distance from living area (this is a good thing). Dumpsters areas are kept tidy and generally emptied well before any risk of overflow.
