I think this place is wonderful! It's very spacious and quiet. I'm not worried about being unsafe when I walk around the complex, and I've never had any problems with the water being lukewarm or having poor heating. I used to live in a place where the walls looked like they were sweating and mold was growing out of the carpets. So I can't complain. The office is very helpful and nice. You can tell they love and care for this place and if your going to damage it then you should have to pay. I wouldn't want to rent an apartment that wasn't properly cared for or with broken stuff. Been there done that. The price is resonable and I think worth it. People pay more for apartments that are in worse conditions than what we pay for a pretty nice setup. I like living here and plan to stay for a good chunk of time.
