Creekwood has a great location in Green Bay, close to everything. I didn't have a lot of stuff when I moved in, so the sq. footage was fine with me. Big closets for storage, a new dishwasher and a new bathroom were all great features. I had a few incidents with overly friendly neighbors, and the office took care of it in a very understanding and professional way. Pool was a great feature, some days there were no people down there, so it was like I had the pool to myself...Definitely a great place for people on tight budgets. The only downside was that it felt a little ghetto sometimes, but I guess with rent being so cheap, that's what you get. Oh, and I had a very overweight upstairs neighbor so the creaking floors were super loud sometimes. Annoying in the morning.
