after finding the total amount just to move in was much more than I anticipated. You HAVE to pay the fee for the exercise room, even if you don't use it. First, its the security deposit, an application fee, a dog deposit plus an additional amount per month, etc. It was one extra fee right after the other. All I wanted was a place to live for myself and my dog.....no wonder people go homeless!
