I live in an upper that surrounds the lake...and I never want to move!! My neighbors are great (all a little older) and I hardly ever hear any of them! The decks are nice and spacious and I love sitting out on mine in the evening with a glass of wine and a good book. Each time I have had a maintenance issue, it was handled immediately. One time in particular I requested my locks changed on my door and within 5 minutes of my request, there was someone at my door to re-code them. I was reading some of the other reviews on here and I guess I have never come across all those issues that people are writing about...I have nothing but good things to say. The one thing I noticed that is true since I have moved in (that I read in another negative review) is that the gate has NEVER been in operation...so that's a bummer. But if that's the only problem, I can definitely live with it.

Beautiful landscaping, very clean facilities in the clubhouse, lots of activities for residents, large and spacious apartments, plenty of parking for guests, lots of natural lighting in each apartment thanks to lots of windows. :-)

Yes, it may be a little pricy compared to some in Green Bay-- but you get what you pay for. :-) If you are calling the apartment clubhouse and want a resident's opinion (in person)...tell them to put you in touch with Laura!
