If you are looking for something quiet and friendly, don't let the description on the website fool you. These apartments ARE NOT welcoming. For the amount of rent every month, you would think management could afford a friendlier staff and more promptness to issues. Living on the second floor might seem ideal, but when the skylights leak on the carpet and on your belongings you will think otherwise. After several calls about the leaks, "it would be taken care of". That was over 6 months ago, and I still have a water pitcher on my living room floor. I agree with one of the other reviews when it says management seemed nice until the lease was signed. Management "plays" nice, until there is a problem and then you are a nuisance. Don't bother to call, write or email about a problem or issue if you signed a lease under 12 months, you will never get a response within that time! Apartments are getting old and are overpriced for the amount of money. Parking is supposedly assigned, but everyone seems to think your spot is open for all. Try calling management and complain about that issue! Good luck! Neighbors are rude, unfriendly and no one to rely on for anything. I have seen apartments vacant for years, now I know why. Those were the only apartments that were quiet and not a problem.
