i tried to live here.... they wouldn't approve my application, wouldn't tell me why. said that their "corporate office" makes those decisions, wouldn't give me their phone number, said i would get a letter in the mail with my earnest money refund check. finally got the letter, it was signed by the same woman who showed us the apartment who claimed she didn't work for the "corporate office".... letter told me nothing of why we were denied. so basically, there is no corporate office. also sent me my check back in an unsecure envelope and it was completely obvious that it was a check for $100- made me pretty nervous(why' I don't know since it was in my hand).
apartments are beautiful from what i saw, but water isn't included. found an even better place that is BRAND NEW that includes heat and water, nicer appliances than at EPV too. And I am a super white trash ----- if you can't tell!

this is the same managment as at the crystal lake apartments. I agree, they have no clue how to manage. Nothing is ever followed through on if there is a problem. I'm so unhappy. I wish i could leave now.
