Emarald Park Weasels

The complex is very nice, apartments are great, grounds are nice and the residents are real friendly. The staff however are a bunch of weasels. I have never been treated with such disrespect...I relocated for work, and was told they would let me out of the lease, but was lied to. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless there was a change of management. If you do not follow my advice and do take an apartment there, you can negotiate with them on price. My rent was supposed to be $849 per month, but I negotiated them down to $799 per month. Happy hunting!!
