Air conditioner unit is too small for apt. Need fan in master bedroom or another air conditioner. Maintenance person does a good job. Patios are old and need paint, as building does. Plumbing is old in both bathrooms. Also, air conditioner is old as well as the stove and refrigerator. Manager does not follow through with neighborhood complaints. He is complacent; assistant mgr. is more responsive. The grass is usually cut, but at the beginning of the week and looks bad on holidays and weekends. The carpeting is very cheap!! Not much space in the living room as fireplace takes up a lot of space. There are baseboard heating units, only one in living room and it is cold in the winter time. Hot in the summer time because of lack of good air conditioning.
Looking forward to leaving. Do not recommend occupancy to people who care about living in a nice apt. and good neighborhood.
