i enjoy the space in out apartment but i cringe every time i think about the storage. there is minimal to none. The layout downstairs is very open and the kitchen is small. i love the bedroom and the apartment is aprox. 1,000 sq ft. you get 2 spots to park assigned. the first day we moved in i let the neighbor know she could not park in our spot anymore. we had both and needed both. i do not like the grage situation. $35.00 a month but there are none open to rent ever. the maintnence yeam is great they are always around. very quick to respond when you call. deadbolt doors. ind. entrance. love the apartment just really need more storage space.
