ive lived here for almost a year.. its ok. i wouldnt say its a terrible place to live, but its not the best. since we've moved in, we havent had weather stripping on the bottom of our door and its still hasnt been fixed. we had problems with our bathtub and the water not shutting off, that did get fixed right away when we called. the parking for everyone else in all the complexes is great, except for ours. everyone else has spots directly in front of their doors, we have to park in strange diagonal spots that arent even near our apartment. our side of the building faces towards the north, we never get sunlight, and during the entire winter they didnt bother salting our parking lot. but, the positive things to the place, theres a full basement that is nice for storage, not really to hang out in because it smells so musty. the size of the living room, kitchen, and bedroom are awesome, theres a ton of space. our apartment isnt remodeled, but ive seen the ones that are and they are really nice. ours has old cabinets and carpet so its not as nice, but when we move theyre redoing ours. i guess overall its not a terrible place, its a real good neighborhood, nice people, it just has a few little quarks that need to be worked out. i wouldnt tell anyone not to live here, just not live in the particular building that we do.
