We lived here for three years and had all new stuff when we moved in which was nice. It was completely remodeled and all new appliances which was nice, and we had good neighbors until recently. Our neighbor goes to landlord about everything and complaints about noise but it's only me and my girlfriend. The manager takes his word over ours and we have been here for 3 years longer and we have had it. I am sick of being harrassed by him and our landlord. They don't fix anything around here and we had our lock picked once and stuff stoln from our place. We have had no screen on our window, our window hasn't closed all the way since we moved in but its not our problem when it comes to the heating bill for this place. Our tub hasn't drained well since we moved in, the water is never hot for showers in middle of day, Parking sucks because people park wherever they feel like. Doorbell broke a year ago and hasn't been fixed. Our basement leaks water in spring when snow melts and we were just told "it happens from time to time" which didn't help when the tnenants before us jammed garbage down the drain and it didn't leak. There is no dryer vent hole if you want a washer and dryer in which case you will because the coin-op machines they have all work poorly except one of them. You could pump quarters into their dryer's all day and you're clothes wont't dry. Rent is ceap though and so it's nice if your trying to budget. Overall I don't recommend it it though.
