We have lived here in a one bedroom apartment for almost two years. I have no real complaints. The only thing that sucked was our rent going from $390 to $425 within a matter of six months. The paint job is kind of strange, like they just go around with a paintbrush and swirl it around over and over. Kind of hideous but liveable. The free cable includes about 20 channels, only half that are worth watching, but there is the alternative of ordering the dish network but we did that and do not recommend it. More closet space would be nice as well. The neighborhood is pretty decent, just hear a lot of sirens. Close to the highway, UW-GB (great place for college students living on a tight budget), and a supermarket, and lots of other little stores. The laundry facilities are decent, but the dryers do NOT dry very well. It's a very quiet place to live, the indoor and outdoor pools are great. Maintenance is on the ball as well. I feel safe here and comfortable in the apartment. Overall, for the money, this is a great apartment complex to live in!
