I have to say this is a horrible place to rent from! If you are looking into the townhouses DON'T! After living in my house for three weeks my house was broken into and robbed. We had thousands of dollars stolen in possessions and the worst part about it!'! WE WERE ------- SLEEPING UP STAIRS! The green bay police are pigs and did ---- for helping. We got NOTHING BACK and the only thing the office did to help us... changed our locks "for free."

that's why you should get renters insurance, get it from the same place you get car insurance from it's like $150 per year

you know what -------? we had renters insurance but policies dont cover certain things like getting money back, jewelery, etc so ---- off
