This was a horrible living experience for me. The property boasts about there specials, when really, half of your promotional "savings" are lost unless you sign a second year's contract with them. DMV-Robot1, an office worker, was nice enough to lie and say that the last month's rent is free without a 2nd year lease...in WRITING (which i stupidly overlooked in the lease; they don't have it displayed noticeably for you unless you know what you're searching for)the truth is displayed in size 8 font.

If you like crabby office ladies as friendly as the dedicated workers at the DMV, and maintenance workers that won't fix anything unless it could damage the building if left alone, this is the place for you...be prepared to have broken (or breaking) storm windows, and doors falling off their hinges. The "high speed internet" is equivalent to a 56k modem...when it works. The free cable "24 channels!" contain 6 fuzzy channels for your eyes. Parking is crap.

Get home early, or be prepared to search for a spot; there are NO ASSIGNED SPOTS. Located next to a trailer park, in the mist of the ghetto, your car will be dented not only from -------s parking too close next to you, but also from bored "gangsters" who decide to smash windows on some cars.

The garages are a joke. A "secure" Plexiglas door protects your valuables. The rafters are open, so a thief can jump from on garage to another once inside. For $40 extra a month, you'd think a garage would be decent; no. I had to try 3 different garages before i found one that opened with the key. The first two were broken off the tracks.

The "FREE HEAT" is great...in the winter. You don't need it on ALL YEAR! The best part' YOU can't shut it off. Ever. It's all on once system, so you don't have any control. Mold grows quickly on bread left out of the refrigerator. Bananas don't stay good for 3 days...and even in the fall, it's 85 degrees inside.

You can't leave windows open once it freezes outside, or you'll get a nice note saying "close your windows, or we'll close them for you". So those storm windows you can't close cuz they're broken will have to be closed by a maintenance man who pulls them shut with a pliers, and leaves, rather than fixing them for you.

If you're into hearing people above you AND below you gettin' sassy, talking, showering, going pee pee, and even watching TV, you'll love the construction of the paper-thin walls. NO privacy. Listen hard enough, and you can hear phone conversations from next door.

It might look like the grounds are kept well enough for the company to stay true to their slogan: "WE LOVE OUR RESIDENTS!" but take a closer look. Spiders greet you every night at the door; their solution...knock em down with a broom (like that KILLS them'). The windows are poo; just take a closer look. They'll never be fixed. Ask to see a garage on your visit, and unless the previous owner was a neat-freak, it'll be dirty and run-down.

One last thing, the pool, workout room, and sauna are only available office hours. M-F 7am-7pm; saturday 8am-5pm; sunday not open. Good deal huh' you can't work out before class, or after work. Sunday, the day of rest, you can't even take your kids swimming in a facility YOU are paying for.
