In regards to the last posts, I don't know why people have said anything bad about this place. I have been living here for over 7 years and never once had one problem. It is clean and well taken care of; and, as a single woman, I have always felt safe here.
The office staff has always been very professional and provided info to me regarding my apartments here (I have lived in two different apartments since I moved to this complex). Never once have they not given me the info regarding my leases.
Maintenance has always been fabulous. Whenever I needed anything fixed, it was done right away. They take care of the place better than any other place I have lived in the past.
I never have found another place as wonderful as this.

Are you in an apartment (a new one?) or townhouse? All of the apartments that I have seen are pretty run-down and have all had pretty much the same problems...the biggest problem is the windows...are all really crappy (the storm windows are ALL broken in my apartment as well as the one across the hall from me).
