I am currently residing at the ***t hole, and i'll let you in on how horrible these people are.

Sure, they fool you with their nice, kept up yard, and great promotional offers. But what they dont tell you is that they will take 300 of your money, whether you like it or not, just to fill out the application!! You dont get it back, EVER!

The free internet and cable is bulls**t. My modem barely works, and i payed 65 dollars for the piece of ----. The cable is nothing. 20 stupid channels that barely come in.

The neighborhood is awful! I get hispanic children peering in my windows, and parties going on until 3 am on a Tuesday night. There are children that are on bikes riding them in the hallways, and throwing rocks all over the parking lot. No body knows how to parent, seeing that me and my husband once almost ran over a toddler in diapers at 12 am running in the parking lot, while his dumb ass mother was sitting on the porch smoking a cigarette.

We have only been late on rent once, and it was all of 3 days late. We would get notices. "Urgent: RENT IS LATE! CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!" Oh sure, i would, but either the dumb ------- in the office wouldn't answer, or they act like they couldn't answer your question even if the answer was burned into their palm.

I have a stupid bimbo living above me that has parties every night ALL night, and her dumb ass sorority girls park all over the place, and we have no where to park.
I hear everything she does, and what the person next to me does. Yes folks, that includes, sex, bathroom noises, talking on the phone, and walking like damn elephants.

The dumb broad in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT complex than me comes HERE to do her laundry, and leaves it there for weeks. Oh yeah, the 1 key they give you is UNIVERSAL! Thats right, you can open anyones complex in this whole community, and probably open up their apartment too!

We got robbed by the price of this place. Yeah, 1 bedroom apartment is advertised at 425 a month. Yeah, thats why they are charging us 475, and telling us there is NO 425 apartments available, when i JUST had a friend move into one A MONTH AGO!

Our buzzer does not work, when i have called maintence CONSTANTLY to come fix it. So, my friends and family have to knock on my window or call me just to be let in.

We have an ant problem. They didnt spray for their bugs, because i can drop something on the floor for 5 minutes, and ants will be SWARMING around it. Its completely disgusting.

And, the heat is on CONSTANTLY!!!!! So, in the summer, when its 90 degrees out, you have to crank up your A/C which heightens your electricity bill to 130 dollars a month!!!! And then when its cold outside, you are still burning and have to open your windows. Oh, but wait, if you do that, a maintence person will actually come by and close them for you.

This place is absolutely horrible. They are money grubbers. Their promotions are false, the neighborhood is bad, and even when you leave, their is a LAUNDRY list of things you must do until you can. Lord knows they'll charge me for things i didnt even do!

I want to leave early, but I dont know if they'll even let me do that. Watch they tell me i have to pay all the remaining rent (over 1000 dollars), and then a ton of other fees.

If anyone is considering this, RUN FAST! IT IS NOT GOOD!
I wish i would have read these reviews before i went to this place!
