I have been here a little over a year and have loved it ever since I moved in. I started out in a one bedroom apartment and everything was perfect. The carpet was cleaned, walls freshly painted, and a new fridge. Whenever I had issues there would be a maintenance man there within two days unless it was an emergency.

The ladies at the front desk are amazing! When I first came here to apply they explained everything to me with the specials and the down payment, which is obviously the security deposit. There were other reviews about $300 not given back to them, well that usually happens when you move out and if there are no damages. That is typical at every apartment complex. The price is great for what you get and cheaper than all the other apartment complexes I have checked out.

Recently I got married and moved into a townhouse with my husband and we love it. We once also get free cable and internet, which I got in my apartment. Yes there are only 24 channels, but they are good channels. Unless you need 400 channels, which shouldn't be free in the first place anyways. Or maybe the other reviewers need to get a life and stop watching so much TV. The internet is free and that helps a lot because it is so expensive to get cable and internet. It is slow, but definitely works.

Once again I have enjoyed living here and this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at plus it's a great value.
