Your first impression of Pheasant Run will probably be similiar to mine which is why I moved in here. However, PLEASE do not make the same mistake!! Since a few months after I moved in I have been counting down the days until I move out. There always seems to be something... problems, break-ins, loudy & noisy people. The staff is FAR LESS THAN HELPFUL and act like you are an inconvenience when you call with a legitimate problem or concern. You must ask repeatedly before they do anything to help you or fix something. Parking is a nightmare... small underground parking and very limited outdoor parking. You shouldn't have to come to YOUR home and park on the street!! The ammenities they boast about... The pool... closed VERY often for "repairs", the exercise equipment.. cheap and barely usable, the laundry room... half of the dryers don't work and require repeated loads to actually dry. The place and people seem to be getting worse, so don't make the mistake I made... STAY AWAY FROM PHEASANT RUN!
