We moved into a brand-new apt. The apartment in general looked nice. As the building filled up,however, the noise was unbearable. People slammed doors, stammped up the steps, had parties, urinated over the 2nd story balcony, just to name a few. The sound proofing between the floors left something to be desired. You could here the tenants above you in the bathroom. There was no privacy between the buildings either. In the spring and summer, we could barely keep the patio door open due to the fact the the exhaust from the boiler room was right on the patio. When it turned on, a natural gas smell flowed into the apartment. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
