I have lived in Terrace Lake for 2 years with my friend. We have had so many problems with the management it was ridiculous. The noise is unbearable like the walls are paper thin. I have had probelms with neighbors and the on site ------- refused to help. I contacted Regional -------, -----------, and she was worse. She has yet to return my phone calls from over a year ago! This place also favors adults and discriminates against college students even if they are not the problem. Moving out was awful too. We got charged from all these misc. things that were never discussed during the walk through. Go elsewhere, do not rent from Lexington Management.

I wish I knew who posted this negative feedback! If this person rented for 2 years, it must have been a positive experience otherwise he or she would not have renewed their lease. Fair housing prohibts discrimination based on: sex, race, age, color, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, ancestry, handicap, lawful source of income, sex or marital status of head of household and families with children. It is not possible to favor adults over college students as "anonymous" claims, because college students ARE adults. But regardles of that fact...even if "college students" are not listed as a catagory under protection by fair housing, Lexington Management has not and would not ever discriminate against anyone! I am sorry if the author of this comment had a negative move out inspection...everything expected of move outs is printed on the move in paperwork which is signed by the renter. Copies of all material are also given at the time of move in, so it's odd that the person writing this states that some things were not discussed at move in, since they would have copies of everything for their own review and personal records. I will be happy to post my name and phone number for any one of Lexington Management's renters... and can assure a prompt reply! If you are are renter with Lexington Management, please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns if you are unable to reach your propety -------. ----------- 371.0024

04/22/09 I agree management is not always helpful. It is the nonchalant attitudes and pass the buck. They do not return phone calls and when you do get ahold of somebody they pass the buck. I have left a message for ---- in the past and received no response and ------ she is just short, which portrays her as being rude. I will say though I have had no noise problems. Lastly- the response above from ---- is not professional it is defensive. I myself am a professional and work with customer concerns everyday and I would never respond as ---- did. I personally like my apartment however management does need to work on customer service.
