The crew at Kos Management were wonderful people to deal with both office staff and maintenance crew. You could always reach someone at all times. I also liked the no lawn care, but I was able to have a beautifully landscaped home. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for apartment style living and at an affordable rate.
