We moved in the first of the year and the place is great! It was very clean when we moved in and everything was in order. We had new carpeting and the walls had been painted.

The apartments themselves are pretty big and for what you pay in rent you get alot of extras--pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitness room. If you pay your rent by the 25th of the month for the next month you and entered into a drawing to win $75.

Office staff has always been nice and extremely helpfull whenever I've needed to go there. They leave a note on your door and tell you if they will be entering your apt. for checks. Also leave a note after they leave. Do annual/semi-annual maintenance checks. (hotwater heater, furnace, w/d, dishwasher)
Maintenance is good, once arrived 1/2 hour after calling for them!

Security is good and so is the soundproofing. I NEVER hear my neighbors the only noise I hear is from the hallways.

Close to highway 41 and the grocery store.

Only bad thing is the washer/dryer in the hallway. It's pretty expensive and doesn't dry your clothes all the way the first time. You'd be better off buying your own stackable and bringing it, since you'd save alot more money doing that. There is a big closet in the bathroom, you can either rent one from them or bring your own.

You are allowed 2 cats per apartment at $20 extra per month per cat.

I feel pretty safe here, my neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. The ones I have talked to have been nice and friendly.

Parking is a nightmare though, very hard to get a spot late at night. Park in the garage and you'll be o.k.

Outside lights have burned out and they were replaced in a day or two.

Good area of town, would recommend!

another crazy Anonymous....This place is NOT good like that,yes there is SOME ammenitys like the pool, whirlpool, and some apts with jakuzzis....BUT ill put it into perspective..I had a new neigbor just move in 2 motnhs ago. They never cleaned the jakuzzi, it was RANCID. Her mom works for a plumming type place to where she knows when they are cleaned properly, I know it was not by what i seen. The "beautiful" pool in the club house FAR too clorinated. same with the whirlpool. They also dont clean them like they are supposed to. twice a year they need to be completly emptyed and scrubbed down and get rid of the build up. They dont, Anyone that thinks im a lier Come look, theyre is a scum line always has been they have never drained it that i know of in 3 yrs. also the whirl pool good luck with it. It was broken for over 3 weeks last month. I havent gone back up since and wont, there was brown scum on top of the pool and whirlpool. Why hmmm idk bc its not clean!! Im not sticking my kids in that, Nor will i try to again. I will go out in the back 40 and find a lake filled with leeches 1st!
