If you are looking for an apartment community in the Green Bay/Howard area, the Villas at Beaver Dam Creek is an absolutely beautiful complex. The office staff has been exceptionally helpful from the first day I met them. There has been no turnover in staff since I arrived nearly three years ago. And although I have never had any problems in which I have had to put in a maintenance request, the complex does routing maintenance every spring and fall. I know my home has been maintained properly.
The floorplans on the second floor feel like a house with the square footage, open concept and cathedral ceilings. My unit had a fireplace and jacquzzi which was awesome. And finally, my view was incredible. There is a conservatory with a creek and wildlife (deer, raccoon, rabbits, possum, and beaver) right outside my balcony that I have had the pleasure of enjoying the last couple years. The neighbors are awesome. I have NEVER seen an apartment building so soundproof. I don't even realize I live in an apartment. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live, give the Villas a call.

I think you may be crazy, I have lived here 3 years and there is NO way it is sound proff...AT ALL! i hear the toilets flush and the above neigbors walking

wow my bf used to live here like 5 years ago and we now are living in madion and wish this place was here he loved it!!

I lived there and was on the second floor. I couldn't hear ANYTHING at all. I do know that if I was downstairs at the neighbors, I could hear some walking on the floor. So I'd highly encourage you to choose a second floor apartment. The added bonus is that they also have the Cathedral ceilings. Very, very nice. I miss it.
