The apartments have severe bug problems. I was constantly finding bugs crawling all over my apartment (and occasionally me in the middle of the night). The buildings are cheap constructed and r falling apart -- the bathroom had disgusting algae build-up in the "whirlpool tubs." The drain in one of the bathrooms didn't work well and strange colored water would back-up into the bathtub. The police would frequently show up and there were broken down cars left abandoned in some of the parking areas. Snow removal was a disaster as the buildings and garages were jammed too close together to allow proper plowing. The main access road to the highway (at Velp & Memorial Drive intersection) is a disaster and is one of the worst intersections in Green Bay (expect to be sitting a LONG time to get onto US 41). There are many accidents at this intersection. The only positive thing about these apartments is the close location to Green Bay's best grocery store (Woodman's Markets).

OH MY GOD! I couldn't have wrote this review any better! We've had little water bug things too all over and all year round.

Not only water bugs but MICE now too! We also always have snow removal issues, My kids are terrified by all the bugs SO many you cant even imagin, they have to spray outside inside more than twice in a summer. every month in my opinion.
