Immediatly after moving in, we noticed fleas. Were told it wasn't bad enough to have the carpet replaced. Then, the maintenance guys never fixed anything we reported - lights burnt out, never turning on, puddles of water near doors, etc. Last week, we woke up to a flood in our apartment because of the snow melting and the way the building is structured. The patio slabs are slanted towards the building so the water runs towards it. The flood was from the apartment on the OTHER side of us... leaked all the way through. Their crew has done nothing for us. It's unbelievably horrible and would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. I've filed complaints with the city for an inspection on the building. Will be soon filing a BBB complaint. We tried giving a 60 day notice of termination based on the lease - they said it starts the first of the following month. So, really we are giving a 80 day notice. Bull if you ask me!!!!!

So sorry to here that its a dump now. I use to live there (1999/2001), and it was a nice place to live. The grounds were well taking care of, the guards drove through the complex at night, and the clubhouse was nice and clean. They staff was great as well as maintenance. I guest the staff has change. Oh, there where more Seniors living there too, as well as some of the Packers 2nd & 3rd stream players. Sorry again to here that its not a great place to live any more.
