Anyone looking for an apartment, please stay clear of the Villa's. The maintance staff is terrible and unwilling to fix anything. The head maintance guy has multiple DWI's on his record, sound like someone you want working in your apartment'

Any problems you have they will blow off and fail to fix the problem. Lights in the visitor parking lot will be out for weeks on end, even though the maintance guy makes laps every night. Multiple cars being broke into on a daily basis.

The management team will tell you one thing and then tell you something else the following day. The resident manager verbally assaults you and backstabs you.

Many apartments were flooded and nothing was done for any of the people or their furniture. A neighbors of ours had a water heater burst above his apartment, he called 3 days in a row and nothing was ever done for him.

Poor Management, Poor Maintance Staff (they are not 24 hr either. No one cares anything about you as long as they get their money.

Yes, I posted to this review on the Villas as well. A couple of months ago atleast 4 cars were broke into all in one day! I don't live there anymore.... THANK GOD!

I can't believe cars are still being broken into at this place, I wrote the first bad review on this place because I couldn't believe no one else had. Both my husband's truck and my car were broken into twice each 10 years ago and the management really didn't give a ----. Someone once was sitting on the hood of my car smoking pot. I would advise if you are going to pick this dump, that NO SINGLE GIRLS should live here, it is very UNSAFE!

I have been here nearly 3 yrs now, I will be moving next year. the staff its self I have had no issues with but the annoying negbors and Maintance Staff are horrid, he is a dirty old man that is very creepy, I dont like that my young pretty neigbor with 2 kids is alone here. Im a mom of 2 and a bf..I still feel unsafe and would not recommend anyone to move here either. Male of female to be honest.
