The apartments themselves are poorly made, the staff is wonderful but alot of communication issues. They have lost my paper work many times. Im a current resident, not satisfied. They currently changed ownershipnever told us till 3 days (give or take a day) before the 1st of the month, Now the new owners are trying to make it better, they are residing it this summer. Also put in new energy efficiant light bulbs and low flow water faucets and shower heads. The bug problem is bad, it has been for the 3 yrs I and my family have lived here. I would not recoment a person scared of bugs to move in AT ALL! The bathrooms have mold, mildew and red alge problems. The toilets even grow mold, mildew, and or red mold. Its horrid you need to clean it every 2 days at least. You are allowed to have cats in the apartment, They do require a pet deposit. The managment staff try to get the matince to come out and fix the things you ask to be fixed BUT they do not do it properly the 1st time, They have to come back many times also need to bring in more than 1 man for a toilet seat'!'!'!'!' Or when they entered a negbors apartment with out her approval painted too! Then never had har ok and she could not prove it was them. Im hoping that the new ownership will change some of the issues that are happing around here. ALSO there is alot of issues with break in into cars,garages and things that teens and young adults can break into. So apartments come with washer/dryer ours did not so we have to pay a extra 40 a month because we added it after we signed the lease.

Wow, that sounds so much like our issues too! We moved out after dealing with all that as well. They messed up on our lease so we had them write the w/d in the lease because they made the mistake. Our rent increased $20 which we figured it had to do with that after a year. As for the maintenance, it always took a couple of guys to do it for us too.

It is so much crap there is no reason it takes 2 guys to change light bulbs either They came in today as a matter of fact and it was 3 of them bc the new owers want energy efficiant ones. 3 men for a quick look thu and see what bulbs were needed and put them in. ALSO what most people DONT know is there IS a sex offender living here. He has lived here for a VERY VERY long time. His parents moved but he is still here under thir names SO he is not on the sex offender site. I dont remember his name. BUT i can show you EXACTLY where he lives and what he looks like, he is always smiling (has mental issues) and rides a bike all the time too...Its just creepy.
