I have never paid so much money for less convenience in apartment living.
Managed by immature staff. Extremely dirty with coal dust from near by industry. Noisy downtown location. Bridge traffic, train traffic, bar noise. Street often closed for Washington Commons events. No snow or ice removal in winter prior to 8AM.
Noise from upper level apartments and hallways unbearable. Parking stalls are narrow, ensuring door dents, scratches, etc. Coal dust in garage on car every day. Mice droppings found in air filter.
