convenient yet overpriced

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
not the cheapest in green bay, but convenient location to downtown bars, restaurants & happenings. staff is responsive & friendly. white cabinets & walls tough to keep clean. community room w/ pool table is great. young & vibrant neighbors. police station 2 blocks away.
