in response to the previous posting, i would like to agree with every point. i really believe that this complex could be the best around if there are people that care about taking care of it. i have been told personally from the manager that she has tons of work to do. unfortunately, 90% of the time, i have found her conducting personal business or not in the office at all. phone calls are returned only after at least 3 messages. i have also witnessed people falling on the unkept sidewalks and parking lot during the winter months. you have to be friends with the maintenance man in order for anything to get done. i have seen a variety of different dogs on the grounds of varying sizes. it took management over 6 months to get me a copy of my signed lease and that was after 5 phone calls. i have contemplated contacting the owner but i have been told that he is 'too busy' and that i should talk to management. how can i voice a concern about the management when i can only talk to the management. i have also found that the maintenance man and management contradict each other and both claim to be right. it is a shame that such a beautiful potential of a property is being ruined. think twice before renting here.....i wish that i would have.
