I find it interesting after living here at applewood for many years and hereing the pros and cons, that most of the cons are from anonymous writers and the positives are not. What bothers me the most is that the ones who do identify themselves seem to have a need to put those of us who wish not to, that our views should count less then theirs. I find this strange. Anyone with any common sense knows after living here for awhile if you made any concerns about the complex or your interior, the manager had a way of getting even with you. It was as if she took your concerns personally. Recently there has been a change in personel in the office and it is unbelievable how much more professional it has become. Now I finally have hope that good changes are on the horizon for this place and that those identified here with stop berating others. This is personal opinion, not I'm right and your wrong thoughts. It is very true that there has been major problems with the last manager and she has been very inappropriate at many times. So unfornately the negative reviews have been very accurate. Maybe with new people Applewood will be back to what it once was.
