We had a very bad owner and nothing got done then we had a man by the name of Tom buy the apts. and everything got better. We now have new owners and guess what they have let our drunk maintance and his wife take over and now we are worse than ever. He gossips and tells everybodys business. He doesn't do anything except what he wants to do and even then he doesn't do it right. At lunch time his truck is at the bar. Jim is the worst maintance man I have ever dealt with in my life. I love Greendale and I love my neigbors but they are making it harder and harder to stay here.
