The landlord of the place is not doing his job at all!!!!! He is not fixing thing at the right time. The place is a bit older and to fix things, we had to tell him several times so many times. He comes and fixes things at his own pace it might take three months or more. There was an electric outlet making noises and he was told to fix it for weeks, since he didnot, the outlet blow up and he had to fight with the tenant and evict the tenant. It was all his fault. This is only one example. We as a tenant has rights but usually he doesnot respect our rights. Its as if he has all the money in the world and he is doing charity by renting the apartment to us. What he has done to me and others has make me write this and made me leave the place. Nice neighborhood but sorry the landlord sucks! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
