I have lived here for 4 years and have gone through 3 owners, first were terrible, the second were great, they went above and beyond, and the one we have now is the worst I have ever seen, nothing ever gets fixed, you call and call and call and he either doesn't answer the phone or he tells you he is on his way and never shows up, most of the time you get tired of it and just stop calling and having him TRY to fix things. The bushes around the bottom apartments are so overgrown they go above the tenants windows it is very scary. The laundry rooms are dirty and in the summer months there are bugs. The apartments are old and have not been updated, when the owner was asked to up date he either said no or yes but then I will have to charge you for that. The parking is terrible and we never have enough parking spots and junk cars sitting in the lot that never move. The snow removeable this year is bad, ice everywhere in the parking lots and walkways, he didn't even salt. The office staff is NEVER in the office and not very helpful at all when in there. Just not a good place to live. I wll be leaving in summer.
