I have lived at college square apartments for seven years. I lived in two different studios and one one bedroom apartment. I would never recommend this complex to anyone simply because it has gone down hill since the management changed to Wimmer company. When I first moved in we had a wonderful couple managing the place. When they left we have had three different managers in the course of less than a year, and the recent one is extremely difficult to get a hold of. I also was disappointed after I moved into my one bedroom to find that the unit above mine was converted to a three bedroom and now contains a family of six people. The complex only advertises up to two bedrooms. As well, the noise reduction in between floors is terrible. I hear my upstairs neighbors TV running all the time, even when it is at a normal level. While I expect some noise, I do not expect to hear every waking second of my neighbors lives. Severeal people have simply up and left without finishing out there leases, one of them because the management does not seem to be effective when we complain about our neighbors children being noisy. This I also find unnacceptable. The only good thing about this place is that it is in a safe location, we have very little issues with theft. However, if you can pay a little do it, because this place has just gone down hill.
