My wife and I have been here a month now. So far we are very impressed as we have been from the first time we looked at the apartments. The office management is exceptionally friendly and each of the maintenance staff that we have had contact with are also. Very attentive to our needs/requests. The buildings are in extremely good condition having been built in stages from about 1994 through 2001. Ours was completely redecorated and cleaned to "new condition" prior to us moving in. All new paint , carpeting, etc.

The grounds are meticulously cared for by a contracted landscape crew.

Although it is a mixed community of apartments and condos on the grounds it is very quiet and all residents seem to be very friendly and respectful to keep it a pleasant place to live for all.

My ratings numbers are based on one months experience of living here and 3 months from the first contact with the property.
