I recently went to check out the apartments for a 12 month lease, and here is what i found out.
The Apt size and quality is too good and Price is perfect for the stuff and was surprised it was so low for a similar size in that area.
Reason is that there is graveyard that sits right in the middle of the property and that just spooked me completely. Cant have your window looking out at the cemetary.
So rent this place only if you think you can handle it. Staff was warm and courteous.

There is a graveyard. My bedroom overlooks it. It does not bother me at all. At least it is quiet! LOL. It is not spooky. It is kept up niceley.
