I would never reccomend this place to anyone. There are numerous issues with this place. First the most common one is noise. I feel I have no privacy and I have to talk very quiet just so the neigbor doesn't get disturbed and know my whole life story. It is very easy to hear through the walls. Second, the parking here absolutely sucks. They charge an extra ten dollars a month to park, but half the time there are no spots. Shouldn't have to pay extra and not even have a place to park. The staff here is very rude and lazy. Kids run up and down the halls in the summer and through the parking lots jumping on cars and ruining peoples vehicles. NOt cool. Smoking in the building sucks. All my stuff smells like smoke because someone smokes in the hallway when smoking isn't even allowed. This place is not regualted well at all.

What building are you in? I have no issues at all. Parking is not the best, and every now and then it is hard to find a space at 12AM, but never during normal hours. You are not paying luxery prices, so why are you expecting a $1,500 per month apartment>

Actually it's just normal expectations for an apartment building. I didn't know that it was luxurious demand of wanting a parking spot when I pay extra money for one. Some people do work second shift, so yes when I come home from work at midnight or eleven I would like a parking spot. To me midnight is normal hours to you 5pm may be normal hours. Not everyone has the luxury of working a 9-5 job.

yeah funny how they ask what building they're in. if it wasn't office staff why would they care. the office staff here knows what building(s) have the most problems and complaints, they've said it themselves. FIX THE PROBLEMS instead of coming on apartmentratings.com and denying a problem!

Why do all this reviews have someone (who sounds like the same person) trying to counteract all our legitimate complaints!? Office staff? Are we downtown that apartments cost $1500 and there it would make sense that parking is difficult!
